And the auction numbers are in!

From the auction we raised over $130,000 the night of! Our total net was $107,000. This is split over two years for half of it to be used in 2009/2010 and the other half in 2010/2011. The auction income funds science labs in each classroom, teacher allotments ($300 per teacher), grade level allotments ($500 per grade), staff funding requests for items such as staff book study, additional reading support, & grade level curriculum software, staff appreciation week, the art docent and clay program, assemblies, emergency preparedness supplies for the school, video taping & DVD of grade level musical performances, and family events – to just name a few of the things. A big thank you to our three auction co-chairs; Edana Peacock, Eileen Rubenstein, and Erinn Ford for chairing a successful fundraising event!
