PTSA Membership Meeting

Join us for our first PTSA Membership Meeting of the year on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 PM in the Newcastle Elementary Library.

Come meet other members of our school community, hear about what the PTSA is working on, ask questions, share ideas, and be part of the conversation.

Mark your calendars for our first PTSA event of the year — Back-to-School Game Night!

Wednesday, September 23
6:00–8:00 PM

Bring the family and join us for a fun evening featuring family board games, an ice cream truck, and some of our wonderful after-school enrichment vendors.

It’s a great opportunity for students to have fun while families reconnect and meet others in our Newcastle community.

Every PTSA program and event happens because of our amazing volunteers!

We still have many volunteer opportunities available, with different levels of commitment. Opportunities include helping with auction procurement, data entry, yearbook, events, programs, and more.

Corporate sponsorships make a BIG difference! We’re looking for Newcastle family-owned businesses and other companies to sponsor this year’s school auction, taking place on March 5, 2027.

Corporate sponsorships help cover event costs upfront, which means more of the money raised at the auction can go directly to Newcastle Elementary PTSA to support our students, teachers, and school programs.

Whether it’s your own business or you ask your employer to get involved, your company can help make an even bigger impact for our Lions!

When you join Newcastle Elementary PTSA, you help support the many programs, events, resources, and experiences we provide throughout the school year.

Your PTSA supports programs and activities such as Lion Art, Kinder Connects, Tissues & Tears for kindergarten parents, Game Night, Fall Festival, Winter Decorating Night, Multicultural Family Night, Spring Fling, school supplies, playground toys and equipment, PE equipment, musical instruments, teacher luncheons, Teacher Appreciation Week, and much more.

Your membership helps us continue creating meaningful experiences and providing resources that benefit our students, teachers, and entire school community.
